I have the same problem and none of the above solutions cured it. The 'Common' folder contains drivers for the HP 6110 printer. Moggie moonshin 5th. Nov

I just want to know what "SVSSSvc.exe" is and what is is doing in the Process Manager. I pretty much skipped all the steps - they didn't apply until the Program Files\HP\Common file was mentioned.
