JemB, A million thanks to you. I recently had an issue with a Windows 7 64-bit (non-laptop Dell Inspiron 580). It was displaying the "Your Computer was unable to restart .... " I was minutes away from reformatting and reinstalling Windows, when I found this and tried it. Whew! Thanks …
