more than 6% of keyword usage is keyword stuffing. I dont think google think of normal keyword stuff also!! because google has its own we cant predict them
I use histats for analysis of my blog. SEOCHAt is also good site!
2-3 keywords per post is better idea.
as long as the post (thread) is not spam we can post as many as we can !
