I'm trying to design a system to store questionnaire responses. Trainees undertake training sessions and complete satisfaction questionnaires to rank how well they like the session.
I've come up with a few ER diagrams to describe the following:
A Trainee attends many Training Sessions
A Training Session is evaluated by one Questionnaire
A Questionnaire may be used to evaluate many Training Sessions (they're quite generic in this scenario)
A Questionnaire comprises many Questions
A Trainee gives an Answer to a Question on a Questionnaire (for a Training Session) - it's this part of the design that I'm confusing myself on.

My design is at the link above - a tad messy as it is a working copy. I'd really appreciate if someone could share some knowledge and steer me a little on this one... it's been driving me crazy for days!
