Hi,

I recently posted a thread asking a certain way to loop through some products in a products table and then recording 4 other (recommended) products for each single product, in a new table.

I have done this using a cursor but have been advised that there should be a way to avoid using a cursor.

So I know what I am trying to achieve but don't have a clue what an alternative could be?


Any Ideas?
