oracle site says.

Oracle Database 10g Release 2 (
Enterprise/Standard Edition for Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7

and x86 means it is for 32 bit OS.

the file anme is

because when that version of oracle was release, Windows 7 was not in the market.
