HI friends I have few doubts regarding In-Memory Database Product and Column store Database.
1. Whats the Maximum Database size that a 'In-Memory Database' can load?

With reference to the above link, I got More than Terabytes of data! but How is it possible since the size of Database depends upon RAM?
2. How does Select and Other queries work in the Column-store DBMS ?
3. Is there any product that uses 'Column-store + In-Memory Database' ?
The performance factor of CSQL-MMDB is (20x-30x) faster than normal Disk based DBMS and MonetDB is some X faster than normal Row-Store DBMS, if both combined means the end product will be much powerful than the Commercial one! so only I asked the above question.
If you have any experience in using In-line Memory Database and Column-Store DBMS means please share the pros/cons, Useful for my Assignment Presentation :)
