Hello everyone,
I haven been trying to connect to my database but i have been getting this error:

Error message: SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user 'mgs_user'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

Does anyone know what is causing this error?

mgs_user is not a valid user, or you supplied the wrong password, or the user has no permissions.
