After Designing database--->Connection to database--->Data entered-->Data stored in database.My doubt is in which format data is viewed on the screen.(XML OR EXCEL OR PDF)

Jump to PostThis doesn't make much sense. It depends on the software or tech you're running. A web app, will usually display data in html format. VB for example may use crystal reports. You can export data to a filetype (csv, pdf, xml etc) too.
