I'm having this really annoying problem. I can't add new items to a existing project anymore. I have been adding new items to this project all the time, suddenly it won't allow me to do that. I add a new windows form to this existing project, will load this new form from an existing form in this project. But when I tried to run it in VS->Debug->Start without Debugging, it asked me to report this problem to Microsoft. I don't know what problem this is. If I run it in VS->Debug->Start Debugging, it doesn't bother me.
