C# Installer Creater

Hi all!

I've looked around but to no avail...
Is there any builders or apps I can download to create installers for applications written in MS Visual C#?

The only option I can find in it is the 'publish' option, but I am looking for some more flexibility.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Click-once deployment, projects from type deployment and setup from VS IDE
