Hello Guys

Have designed a Application to generate ID Card Templates,But when it come to printing on the ID card Printer ,The Quality of the print is bad,specially the fonts,compared to the application which came with the printer.I am not sure i took the right path soving the problem,but here goes
My application generates a bitmap and sends the bitmap for printing to the ID card printer thru windows print dialog.The BMP when saved as a file gives better result,Resolution is 96 DPI,300X250 ,Bit Depth 32

Hope some one can give a idea as to where i should start looking to sove the problem.
