when i copy the file to the other directory i want the new file to be run instead of the file that i copyed there, i also want the first one deleated.. how can i do this? ^^

ok now i used the move() instead, but i got a fstream in there and the file it writes to won't have changed location..

windows vista, but i also want it to work on xp. :) using microsoft visual express c++ as compiler..
i think making the prog restart itself would help.. but i don't know how to do this also. :p
