How to add whole column in combobox

Hi all i m facing a problem in my project.
I want to add all the rows of a particular column(based on name of the column) in the combo box without using data bindings wizard.
i need it through coding

Firstly I think you need to look at why you dont want it to be data bound - why you cant use a simple query to return the unique values you need in that list and bind it..

So, *why* not?

I think that he wants to add his own data later, I mean other than locted in the data base column? is it true Gurav or not?
