I am a beginner in Visual Basic and currently writing gymnasium software that seeks to do the following

• Collects data from users and recommends various exercises to be done. It calculates the Body Mass Index ( BMI ) of the person and gives the user various advice based on their statistics before the exercise is started
I have a problem with regards this software.
- I want to find out how to add a video to my software
- I would like to view similar software so as to serve as a guide only
