Hi everybody!

I would really appreciate any help on this. I have googled for an hour without a result. Few different hints but no one understandable enough.

I want to use Latvian or UTF-8(Unicode) characters in Dev-C++ to input and output text from console. Can anybody give me a hint how to do this?

You could try a different IDE/compiler.
MSVC++ defaults to unicode.

declare the macro _UNICODE and UNICODE, then include <tchar.h> for the macros to convert char* string literals to wchar_t* string literals. There may be more to it than that, I have not tried it with Dev-C++.
