Hello to all.

On the internet I often find many C/C++ source files together with a makefile with extension *.in. These files should be used to generate a configuration script with GNU Autoconf. I don't know how to use GNU Autoconf. Do you know how I can compile the source files with this makefile? (My OS is Windows).
