Are there any good and free Pascal compilers out there?
Free Pascal and GNU Pascal are two good ones.
http://bdn.borland.com/museum/ Borland has made some of their old compilers available free of charge, not just Pascal but C and C++ as well.
Borland Turbo Pascal 7.0 is avalable from www.download.com.
It was the last iteration of Pascal made by Borland (To my knowledge anyway) and is more user friendly than Turbo Pascal 5.5
