Is there a possibility to send a value of one variable in WinFormApp to value of other variable on ConsoleApp that are running on the same computer?

The concept is called IPC (inter-process communication). For a simple message you can use WM_COPYDATA http://boycook.wordpress.com/2008/07/29/c-win32-messaging-with-sendmessage-and-wm_copydata/
