I'd like to be able to download the .net 3.5 API documentation offline so I don't have to worry about having an internet connection, but I can't seem to find anything online that indicates that it can be downloaded. Does anybody know if it can or cannot? I'm referring to this

Apparantly there's nothing on my VS2008 Express DVD for this..
After searching online forever, I finally found a download link here (microsoft.com)
