Application failed to initialize 0xc0000135


I got above problem while trying to run a .exe of a vb.net program I wrote.(in a different machine).


How can I solve it?

Do the other machines have .NET Framework installed?

If not, you need to install the correct version of .NET Framework in that PC in order to run your VB.NET program successully.

Is the .net platform is essential to run the .exe????
I mean it's an .exe right?
