Does anyone know what program is used to create something like the language software ROSETTA STONE? (clickable links, voice recognition, recording progress).

I do not know the exact programming language used, but you can (easily) create similar software using C++ with images that lead to different screens, I did a project with UI; mouse clicking and keyboard input, its not too hard if you can work with images in C++. Hope that helps! :)
