Hello!

Ive searched the and even this site and I have not been able to find a way that would allow me, on the execution of a certain condition, to open a text or image file. By open here I do not mean using fstream etc. to open the file in the program/compiler, but rather in the same way we open any file in windows.

I'd be grateful if anyone who could give a useful pointer in the right direction. Thanks!

PS: I use Dev C++ IDE.
