I'd like to inquire how can I display 3D image using PictureBox control in Visual C++ 2008. or how can I display only one slice of this image in PictureBox control in Visual C++ 2008. your help is great appreciated.

Sure, if you want to do the heavy maths, and bash out all the pixels yourself before rendering it.
Perhaps there are better controls?
