I want to produce a java game..

i want to make a java game . where can i start. i am intermediate at my java (i know threads, swing, generics)..

do you know any websites or sources of information that provide project ideas and info on how to create games?

Take a look at the Space Invaders tutorial there. It is a 2D sprite game.

i am looking at it now. looks like a very detailed explanation.

i wonder if i could make a game.

i know gui and swings. but i am not familiar with a lot of swing /design methods.. i will give it a try

i need also an idea of a project. what game is a good idea for me to develop?
