You should try searching online for something like "algorithm for pascal's triangle". I did and I found this website. Take a look and pick the method you can implement best with your experience.

If you want help with something else then in the future try a better description of your problem and a better post title. Also, do a little looking around and see if the answer to your problem is given somewhere else.
