I know that many people have programed for the Ipod, and have used a lot of different languages, but I can't figure out how to use python to make apps. I understand that I need an interpreter, but I don't know where to find one. Also, how do I import modules? I want to do this without jail-breaking, hacking, unlocking, or whatever you want to call it.

Thanks in advance,
lucksoar

Looks there is something, but it is Python 2.4 level.

Should maybe consider to recompile more recent version as they have reported, that the job was not very difficult diffs from standard version are small:

Sorry, I should have been a little more descriptive. I meant programming apps for the iPod touch, the iPhone, and the iPad. I can see that that is the start of what I'm looking for, but I intend on making apps for iTunes. Most people use C on windows (and maybe linux, but I'm not really sure), and Objective C on Mac, but I've heard that many apps are made with perl, ruby, python, and many other languages. I just can't find out how to use python (which is the language I'm most fluent in) to create the applications. Thanks for your help though, tonyjv!
