i am getting this error while trying to run the setup of a .net 3.5 c# windows application though there is no other database by the same name.

A database with the same name exists, or specified file cannot be opened, or it is located on UNC share.
2011-06-19 17:05:58.70 Server CPU time stamp frequency has changed from 131453 to 1995257 ticks per millisecond. The new frequency will be used.

Please verify the used connection string in an application. From the error description I can say that the location of database file is not resolved.
