can anyone suggest me any software that is portable in pen-drive and c++ program can run in pen-drive.

The easiest way to do this would be to just carry the entire OS on USB and boot from it.

If want just an editor, notepad++ portable is here. But if you a complete IDE with compiler and everything, then you might want to consider getting a portable OS (if one really exist) like Moschops said.
