I am making a project in steganongraphy where I need to open a bmp file in C. Can anyone please help me with this because I am not really acquainted with manipulating bmp files in C. Can anyone plz help me in finding a code for this.
Also plz help me with finding a code for lossy compression of this image(not using wavelets)
