fetch online Database and update that with the Database in my Application

I am going to Develope an iOS Application in which i need to utilize my online

Database. How can i fetch online Database and update that with the Database in my Application?
At the same time i want to update the online Database through Admin Panel

please Guide me a way. Thank You in Advance!
