Hi i am totally new to C and have a doubt on which one is correct below.

 LIBRARY PWHDENDT InitInstance
DESCRIPTION 'PWS Endt Array Functions'

;DATA and CODEare not supported in windows
;DATA PRELOAD MULTIPLE NONSHARED
;CODE PRELOAD SHARED

or

This is a definition file.

I don't think either of those are C. I would recommend a tutorial like this one if you're looking to learn C.
