In the application, the user makes pizza order choixes from the list boxes, and the application displays the prices.
The user can choose
- Pizza size of small ($7), medium ($9), Large ($11) or extra large ($14)
- One of several toppings- Pineapple, mushroom, pepper, bacon or ham.
- include a checkbox if they would like cheese
- There is no extra charge for cheese, but anything else adds $1 to the price
-Show the final price
