Hey guys

im using notepad++ to create a strict dtd xthml web page but im wondering if there is a more helpful and visual software for CSS ? something to guide me along a user friendly path and give me a basic visual preview of how my page will turn out

any good recommendations along with expereinces out there would be helpful

much appreciated

Visual Studio and Eclipse (among others) provide some assist for writing CSS (like flyover help and autocompletion), and having a browser open with a page using the file you're editing can help a lot. Just press F5 on that browser after every save action to see it updated.

If you are still looking, I have been trying out MicrosoftWebMatrix.

It's pretty good and has some intellisense built it (not a lot, but some). It's also free.
