Project - right click -> properties -> libraries

I cannot see anything. There is something with libraries but its empty.

Does yours look like this?

yes it does.

Then it's the "Java Platform" entry right at the top. Click "Manage Platforms" for complete details

Does this mean the compiler name is JDK.7?

I have some libraries in the compile tab now.

Means its using the compiler from your JDJ 7 installation.
