All I want to do is install Python on a Windows 8.1 box. The "EXTREMELY HELPFUL" note in the reademe says goto "PCbuild". Where is this wonderous file? Bueller? I searched from the very TOP of the Python directory, and as soon as the "C" was entered, I got a NULL result. How does one install Python in Windows?

I made the mistake of trying to do this off of a flash drive (at work). Problem resolved by visiting python.org at home.
