When using ASP.NET Web Forms to design the GUI , you may either use the drag and drop method or the source code , where you type code using html if I'm not mistaken. In the ASP.NET model-view-controller (MVC) form would you also be using html to design the GUI? Would it be the same as if you were to type in the source code of the ASP.NET Web Form?
