I'm confused on how to insert a picture a jpg to be exact into a windows form on visual studio 2012.

Jump to PostIt's hard to tell exactly what you mean. The form has a BackgroundImage property that you can set to show an image in the background. You also have available a PictureBox control which you can use to show images.
