Is the a model folder and file structure to follow if I wanted to build java projects in eclipse?

build.xml is used as a controller, it contain the information about which file shoud run at first & etc..,

Great! So is there a list of common folder and files that are standard to maintain structure of;model,view .WEB-INF.manifest,img,src etc to organize class files and java classes?I would like to see this if you know how to do this. Thanks.

build.xml is like a manifest thats all, as you said it act as a controller James..,

No actually a controller is a controller and manifest is a manifest and a build.xml is neither good try though
