Hey everyone,

In addition to...
Lazy Foo's Tutorial http://lazyfoo.net/tutorials/SDL/index.php
"SDL Game Development" - Shaun Mitchell book

are there any other recommended resources (does not have to be SDL) people could suggest? I've already created a console-based text adventure game and am really interested in expanding it into a text-adventure game that has a window and uses interactive media elements. I'm not too familiar with any sort of media libraries but i'd be awesome if i could start learning some. Please let me know if there's any particular library i should know about and, if possible, links to the tutorials.

Cheers,

In my opinion SFML is the best library you can use with c++, I tried SDL, Allegro and SFML is very easy to understand/use. There is even a book with a real project implemented step by step.

plz I want try SDL in java eclipse not in c++,plz hope me I need it..
