How do I query a database with unique id to display records in list item

As I said in your previous post with the same question, you have to provide more details if you want a meaningful answer. What is it that you are having problems with? Is it trying to connect to the database? If so, what type of database are you connecting to? Is it forming the query? If so, then what is the table name and what are the fields you are trying to retrieve?

You can't expect to get anything more than generic help if you aren't willing to provide any details.
