A good CMS system should:
Keep you in touch with your data -- random sampling of your Video Audio Pictures and Text
Help you identify corrupt and duplicate data.. It's there believe me.
Make sharing your info easy. Extract specific data files and elements
Fast forward / slow motion / Reverse play for video
Single line matching or in context for text searches with the results optionally put to an extract file
Copy all file types to alternate folders.
play random groupings of "text" "video segments" "audio" and "pictures" great for question / answer and language training.
It has to be fast.
I place the app icon in the upper right of the screen. When I close the CMS, it can be immediately restarted because it is right under the "close X"
I can start the app and see the last page of notes and close out in just a few seconds.
Anything you could wish for in a CMS this app does. If not I'll add it.
Everybody with a computer or smart phone has lots of data and without a method of archiving it will be lost.
