Would you be willing to share what Topic 1 to Topic 3 are all about? It seems that you are seeking help with a homework assignment. Nothing wrong with that. We can help you understand the problem and guide you to find a solution for yourself. In order to do that, however, you should have already mastered (or at least understood) Topic 1 to Topic 3 in a way that you can explain it to an 8-year-old.

im using pycharm community v2022.1.1
That doesn't tell me what version of Python you are using. Go to a command shell and type "python". It will respond with a python shell including a python version number. It will likely be 3.something.
