when i create a file in windows application then we dialog box opens here i have to wrtie file name with extension then it saves it like file.txt i want options to come in below as we have in windows other application how can i implement it

You need to set the savefiledialog filter property.Have a look at the example on MSDN:
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.windows.forms.filedialog.filter.aspx
The filter property is of type string.
