The type initializer for 'System.Transactions.Diagnostics.DiagnosticTrace' threw an exception. this is the Exception im getting while im fetching records from excel file
help me to solve thiz

By Deleting the Config.app & rebuilding the project

I too had the same error. Instead of deleting App.Config file, I looked into it. There was an error in the App.Config file. Upon correcting this error it worked fine.
