Hello ,

I wanna ask something regarding the TPL Dataflow , I Understand that in Dataflow blocks you can use Transform block if i wanna apply changes to my input that is coming from the previous but why resources and programmers use observable and subscribe on target is that doing same as Transform block ?

can someone help understand the difference?
