Anyone can help me to change the browser language / system Language

plz help me to change the Browser language/ system language. i've added the language in the browser setting but i couldn't change it from browser also.

If you mean changing the language for Windows/IE , reinstalling would be the only option that I know of.

Actually i've installed the other language like unicode and my site supports multiple language, so the content appers in different language but the input box takes windows default language so when my site browse the diferent language i need to change the input box language also.

this is the condition.
