Frankly speaking 100's of programmers read the problems and not 5 percent of them give suggestions or answers

Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070005.

when website published not while running through VS 2005
I am trying to export data from dataset to excel sheet
for that i am using excel application object
which gives the above said error

Somebody suggested to make changes in DCOM config file which i did and because
of that error is not coming but excel file is not getting saved only

I suggest you to use Oledb classes to read excel document.
