Visual Studio 2008 is just full off bugs. I re-coded everything and in design view it still says there is an error but when you run the page it works 100%.

<asp:MultiHandleSliderExtender ID="MultiHandleSliderExtender2" runat="server" ShowHandleDragStyle="true"
        BehaviorID="mhSmider" TargetControlID="txtSlider" Length="500" ShowInnerRail="true"
        EnableMouseWheel="false" Increment="1" RaiseChangeOnlyOnMouseUp="true" EnableRailClick="true"
        Maximum="222" Minimum="1">
            <MultiHandleSliderTargets>
                <asp:MultiHandleSliderTarget ControlID="rangeStart" />
                <asp:MultiHandleSliderTarget ControlID="rangeEnd" />
            </MultiHandleSliderTargets>
        </asp:MultiHandleSliderExtender>
