Cricket Fantasy Code Assistance

Hello everyone,
I've been looking for a open source cricket fantasy script for couple of months but haven't reached to anything. Now, i decided to code my own cricket fantasy script. But there is one thing which is making me confuse. How does the match fixtures, results and player stats are updated? Does it need to be updated manually or there is any automated script or code for it?

I'll be grateful if someone will be able to help me regarding the problem..
Moreover, if there is any open source fantasy script, then do tell me.. I'm also looking for assistance on how the fantasy script works.
